Shipping policy

Very Important Ordering Information:  If you place an order for any oversized product such as the Yakport, Connect-A-Dock, Connect-A-Port products without first contacting us at support@kayakgadgets.com for the shipping charges, and subsequently cancel your order, or request a refund due to the additional shipping costs associated to said order, we will refund the total purchase amount minus any processing fees or restocking fees KayakGadgets incurs on said transactions.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is fulfilled and shipped. Process times do not include the shipping time.

Shipping Times

Our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction. We will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.  If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at support@kayakgadgets.com prior to requesting cancellation and allow us the opportunity to correct any delivery issues you are experiencing. 

Please note orders may be delayed due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Some of our products are drop-shipped from other countries which may cause longer delivery times.  Most all items will be delivery from 3 to 20 days from notification of order fulfillment.  Unfortunately, there are a few items that may take a bit longer to deliver.  We ask for your patience when the delivery times are extended.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

KayakGadgets Currently offers FREE SHIPPING on almost all items (* indicates not all item ship for free).  If you encounter a shipping charge during checkout, please contact us at support@kayakgadgets.com for assistance. 

Yakport and Connect-A-Dock items require an additional shipping charge due to the size and weight of the products.  The shipping cost will be added to the cost of the products once the shipping destination is determined.  To assist in quicker service and shipping, and avoid unnecessary fee charge backs, please send an email to Support@KayakGadgets.com for a shipping cost quote prior to placing your order. 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (We currently offer free shipping on all products unless otherwise noted)

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5.00. flat rate shipping per item within the United States for orders less than $50.00.  We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 within the United States. (Does not apply at this time)

Full price will be displayed at checkout on items with free shipping.  If otherwise noted, shipping will be added once shipping cost have been determined by shipping destination.

We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
